About Orders :

 

Guarantee:
The purchaser shall, unless otherwise, in writing, be responsible for all carriage, telephone, postal and other incidental charges incurred during the transport  period.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery time:

Delivery normally takes 2 - 4 days, depending on method of carriage chosen.

Return Policies and Procedures:

No goods will be accepted without prior arrangement with La Lanterne Magique.
Please contact us for a returns number so that we can handle your problem promptly.

How to return damaged goods received:

Damage or shortages must be notified within three working days of receipt.
