Wilson Tennis has announced its 2012 Spring Apparel and Footwear line that will be worn by such players as Melanie Oudin and Philipp Kohlschreiber.

New Apparel Performance Components for 2012:

Wilson’s Tri-Color Burn Out uses customized cooling features constructed right into the fabric in more colors and designs than previously possible.
Wilson’s Liquid Stretch technology provides intuitive movement of the fabric with the body for comfort, support and breathability.

Wilson’s Laser Technology eliminates use of seams in high stress and high movement areas of the body, resulting in lightweight garment with laser-zoned ventilation and seamless construction.

APPAREL

Men’s

The men’s spring collection has a bold, contemporary design with rich detail and the highest level of performance elements, made possible by its Tri-Color Burn Out body mapping construction.

Women’s

The women’s spring line stars energetic and vibrant colors that are sure to stand out on and off the court, and Wilson’s Liquid Stretch finish in hexagon print for mobility, comfort and breathability.

FOOTWEAR

The New Tour Ikon is the result of extensive work and discussions with Wilson pro athletes, as well as the overall evolution of the sport. It’s designed to support the speed, agility and advanced athleticism that today’s players work toward.

The men’s Tour Ikon will be available in White and Black, as well as Silver, Red and Black.

The women’s Tour Ikon will be available in White, Silver and Super Pink, as well as White and Cyan.

The same shoe styles will be worn by Wilson athletes on the pro tour starting in January 2012, when the shoe hits the shelves at retail.
