I’m tired of this scheduling issue in the ATP, I think if you can’t play, then don’t!!! Just pull out of the tournament, take your racquet with you and go home!!! We have hundreds of players hoping to be given a chance!!! Enough with Nadal, Roddick with the schedule discussion, just play when able, that’s it!!! I can’t understand what are these guys complaining about!!!

No i dont think he would have faked it completely… but I don’t think he thought twice about retiring, ya know?

I am gutted to see delPo injured. Absolutely gutted.

I doubt Roddick would “fake” an injury to prove a point as to me that would be a waste of energy. Nice to see DelPo get on the complain train with his injury last night. But Hewitt didn’t get on board and we all know what he’s been through. I guess only “God” can tell the ATP when and where he is playing. He’s earned it.

Actually Roddick’s annoying me. Have you read… erm is it Martin’s… blog on tennis.com about the scheduling requirements? Wow, they only HAVE to play 25 weeks of the year assuming they make it seep in grand slams. I would KILL to work only 25 weeks a year. And yeah I know that obviously they have to practise but… they also get paid millions.

If I were a bitch I’d be saying that Roddick faked/exgarreated this injury to prove a point about scheduling commitments.
